heavy with child:)

 

i found out the day after my 29th birthday that a new baby would be included in my upcoming year:)

i was surprised, excited, and scared... mostly excited:)

i've always dreamed of four babies to call my own.

and the fourth will be here soon!

it's funny how life speeds by.

 i still feel like i am playing house somedays:)

 

i started out this pregnancy more sick than any of my others.

i found myself running for a place to throw up often,

and laying around while the kids played.

then i hit 11 weeks, and i woke up one day feeling awesome.

i was lucky to say goodbye to the morning sickness then.

in the next months my belly grew quickly, like it always does when i'm pregnant.

and now i'm here at 36 weeks.

she's coming soon:)

we are so excited.

what's really fun is that the kids are so excited!

they talk about their baby sister a lot, and i have a feeling she is going to be adored.

 

me and the kids were wandering a strip mall yesterday,

 and we went in a hallmark to look at "treasures".

i saw a glass tile with the words written by john lennon on it,

"YOU WERE ALWAYS WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT TO ARRIVE"

it's true for me.

right now im living my dream.

every moment is my dream,

even the hard ones.

 

and i want to remember that each day,

even the ordinary days, maybe especially the ordinary days.

these are the moments.

 

i don't want to take my days for granted,

and i don't want to put things off...
my dreams,

things like buying a bunny and chickens for the kids to care for and connect with.
i don't want to keep waiting until we're more settled,

until todd's residency is over and we're not moving who knows where next...

so last week we bought a bunny and soon we will get new hens:)

because now is the time.

this is the moment:)

 

life is good.
